If the term “lap cat” had to have a picture next to it in the dictionary, it would most definitely be a picture of a Persian cat. This gentle and relaxed feline prefers quiet and calm environments and enjoys cuddling with her favorite person on the couch.
Her fluff is long and thick and comes in many different colors like white, blue, black, cream, chocolate, and red, with white being the most desired one. Due to its length and thickness, it simply has to be brushed daily, which is usually a relaxing activity for both the Persian beauty and her owner.
This cat has a very friendly nature but prefers to observe the people she doesn’t know from a safe distance.
7. Ragdoll cat
Ragdoll is probably one of the cutest cats out there. She is exceptionally affectionate, gentle, and friendly, and gets along well with humans of all ages. She doesn’t mind being carried around like a baby and loves to be cuddled all day long.
