As kids, we were always told to eat more vegetables to grow stronger and healthy. I don’t think I’ve ever said that to my cat, especially for cabbage, kale, and cauliflower. Can cats eat cauliflower at all?

Furthermore, healthy fats help your feline’s coat look fuller and shinier. The same goes for her skin, as healthy fats are able to provide a glow.
However, there aren’t any fats found in cauliflower and this isn’t a bad thing at all. If your pet’s more on the chunky side, it’d be good to lose a few pounds.
While fat felines are a sensation and extra loveable, we must think about their health. Obese cats don’t have the same quality of life that healthy cats do.

There aren’t really many disadvantages to this veggie. With the exception of it not being meat, of course. Felines are designed to break down animal products, so cauliflower probably isn’t on their mind.
Still, if you decide to incorporate it into your pet’s diet, you’re safe to do so. But, don’t be surprised if she scrunched up her nose.
One of the downsides to cauliflower is that it doesn’t have a special scent that would attract cats. So, it might be a difficult task to get your pet to give it a try.
